This place is the real deal! I came in today because I am an idiot and ran over my outdoor garden gate and detached some of the front of my car off in the process. No it was not the ice, alcohol or any other reason, just a bad moment of driving judgement in a historically good drivers record. Other auto shops had me wait a week before I could be seen. This place got me in earlier. And then they fixed it right on spot. A kind employee Jared got the owner Jason to look at my car. He took it straight to the garage to see if they could fix it. I knew and could see the individuals working in the garage were already incredibly busy. But they kindly made time and fixed my car. They added some brackets and saved me having to claim with my insurance, rent a car and get a new front bumper. Then, they did not want to charge me. A place like this that truly cares about customers and not money is where I will always go in the future. These people put out into the world honest business, and I hope they stay prosperous forever. With Gratitude, A girl who thought she could drive but she clearly waited until she was 40 to show the world, she can not.

When I went to pick up my car, they even immaculately cleaned both the exterior and interior. It looked even better than when I first purchased my car and drove it off the dealer lot. They really do an incredible job with the quality of their work. They’re also one of the few positive experiences I’ve ever had with a repair shop. They’re open and honest with everything that they do unlike my own insurance company, who did not even want to pay for half of what was owed in vehicle repairs. Xtreme Auto Collision was incredibly patient and helpful guiding me through this nightmarish 3-month process battling with my own insurance company. I can’t thank them enough and I could easily recommend them to anyone. They really have an amazing group of people working there.

Good estimate software

Was hit in the rear right quarter by another driver. Another shop said they could not get the parts. Xtreme investigated and said "easy" - they were prompt, responded, txted me back with answers, let me know the status and worked with the insurance company to get the maximum funding for the repair. Car looks perfect.

Update to my review of xtreme Auto Collision.. Two days ago Jason called and apologized and had me take my truck in today (Fri) which I did and as he'd originally told me it took less than 20 minutes to fix my problem. He was also kind enough to not charge anything since it was such a small amount of work and for the fact I'd waited 2 weeks to be contacted. Thanks Jason... Looks Great !
